This page is a tool to help you find an available space for your event. To check availability: click on the calendar and choose a date, click on the building dropdown box and choose a building, then click on "search" to see the results.
After you have found a space, contact the Facility Coordinator to book the space. For a list of Facility Coordinators click here (This list is only accessible to faculty and staff from on campus .)
Off-campus inquiries and faculty/staff personal event inquiries should be directed to Conference & Event Services at 865.981.8014.
